Modular Deployment Sequencer for SpaceX
ISISPACE developed a customisable modular deployment sequencer for controlling deployers on the CSMP plate of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. The project involved designing an interface to meet SpaceX requirements, creating customised EGSE and procedures, conducting end-to-end testing at SpaceX, and supporting the launch campaign. Hardware was delivered in 2020, with launch in 2021.

As part of this mission, ISISPACE designed and delivered a customised ISISPACE Modular Deployment Sequencer (MDS) for Falcon 9’s CSMP plate, ensuring seamless integration with SpaceX’s launch vehicle. The system underwent extensive qualification, including end-to-end testing at SpaceX facilities and compliance with their interface requirements.
